Let us tell you, it does not have to be that way. Treat yourself
once a week by going to a tanning booth. Sunrays trigger the body
to produce vitamin D. This vitamin is sometimes known as the “good-mood”
vitamin. In winter people are more prone to mood swings and depressions,
so a tan could be of help. So, ladies and gentlemen, sun-soaking
is a must. Not only does vitamin D help to lift moods but that skin-warming
sensation also feels great.

Long walks through mother nature’s beauty not only provide
the body with fresh air but also renewed energy. Take in the great
air, let your thoughts run free, forget about your dull, everyday

movement brings back balance to the body. Do you sit long hours

as a counter activity on holidays or weekends. Go jogging, swiming
