Let us tell you, it does not have to be that way. Treat yourself once a week by going to a tanning booth. Sunrays trigger the body to produce vitamin D. This vitamin is sometimes known as the “good-mood” vitamin. In winter people are more prone to mood swings and depressions, so a tan could be of help. So, ladies and gentlemen, sun-soaking is a must. Not only does vitamin D help to lift moods but that skin-warming sensation also feels great.

Long walks through mother nature’s beauty not only provide the body with fresh air but also renewed energy. Take in the great air, let your thoughts run free, forget about your dull, everyday routines for just a while... Lots of fluids, more endurance
The human body needs a daily dose of about 2 liters of fluid. If one is active in sports, the summer heat causes one to sweat profusly or when one has to deal with a lot of stress at work, then an addition to those two liters is important. So make it a point to remember to have water or somthing similar with you. And, so that all that you drink does not affect one in a negative way (please no alcohol) we recommend sugar-free tea, fruit juice and natural mineral water.

Meditation is often said to be the key to finding one’s inner self. Let go of your thoughts and anything burdensome. Clear your mind of all thoughts. Concentrate only on here and now. For example, light a candle and observe the flickering of the flame. You will be surprised how captivating it can be. By doing that, your thoughts will disappear. A few minutes of meditation is usually enough to minimize stress and clear your head again.

Are sports really murder?
No, ladies and gentlemen we don’t agree on that. Physical movement brings back balance to the body. Do you sit long hours at work? At your computer desk? Do you engage in little movement there?
